Ophelia smiles at me and nods her head quickly, “I’m fine, so is everyone, someone just found a cub on patrol.”

“A cub?” Master asks, his face twisting with confusion.

I’d seen puppies when Lincoln and I went to the human’s world sometimes and I was slowly growing to love them more and more.

At first, the hair all over their bodies scared me because it was strange, but now that I knew it kept them warm and happy, it just added to their cuteness. I was still having trouble understanding how it was okay for them to be in collars but not people.

But those were pups, not cubs. I didn’t think that I’d ever seen a cub anything before.

From reading, I knew that a cub was a young type of animal which made me excited to see this one.

I just hoped it didn’t have a collar on it.

“An incubi cub,” Ophelia clarifies.
