“She’s crazy,” I declare as I march into Hagen’s room. I hoist the note in the air and shake it, “fucking crazy!”

Hagen looks up from where he lies, cuddled in his mate’s arms, startled at first until he sees my face. “What happened?” he asks, already sitting up, eyes wide.

I would’ve felt bad for disturbing anyone else, but I needed my brother now, and Nikola knew the drill.

“This happened,” I say, crossing the room to hand him the note.
