A/N – Before we get into the extra, as you know, Ruben is a Jamaican character and a reference to his culture, and patwah is often used with his character (and is used in this extra, comment if you need anything translated). It wouldn’t feel right to have a whole extra this month about him without mentioning Hurricane Melissa.
If you don’t know, it was one of the largest hurricanes on record that ravaged the western side of the island at the end of last month, leaving monumental destruction in its path.
Every little bit helps as they rebuild and recover, so I’ve attached a link to the official government relief fund for anyone who wishes to donate.
This isn’t meant to pressure anyone! I’ve already donated, and I’m just sharing for those who might want to, if it is within your means.

And Max??? I see why he and Hagen are friends. He’s actually hilarious when he’s freaking out and nervous, and I also feel so bad for my bean. Like I hate that he is so insecure on the inside ughhhhh curse all those men!
Like I said, if there was any patwah you didn’t get, let me know, but I feel like you can put them together pretty easily, like mawnin – morning and wasteman – literally someone not worth your time.
Also, I LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE Max and Ruben calling Hagen and Nik for advice, I find it so cute.
