Here’s a sneak peek of the upcoming ‘Colson and Zhoron snap’ extra that holds the long-awaited moment where the two most abrasive members of the trio finally give in to all the tension that’s been brewing between them since they met.

Colson’s lip curls up, teasing at canines he struggles to keep within. “Why are you doing this?”

“What am I doing?” 

“Picking a fight when I want us to make amends!” He snarls, the wolf within coming forth as he glares at me.

“Why did you give up so easily?” I retort, stepping around the centrepiece and bringing us upon the same path. “You said before you wanted my defences gone, and at a whim you have changed your mind.”

“It was not a whim,” he growls, taking his first step forth that stokes the fire within me. I invite him closer, holding my ground as I track his approach. “And I have not changed my mind. I only—”

“So you will not amend yourself?” I cut in, raising a brow.

Colson’s eyes glow, black light illuminating the depths of his irises a moment before he tears himself away with a snarl and marches towards his door. “You are impossible,” he tosses over his shoulder, meaning to leave it there.

Instincts roar to life inside of me as if lit by a match, rousing my magic so quickly that it casts me to the space before him with no care for time or space.

Colson startles, his eyes widening before he hastily backs up, wanting room, but I march after him.

I would not allow any more space between us.

“Yes, I am impossible, and so were you,” I snap, magic flaring as I step into his warmth, infecting it with my cold. “You were unwavering, aggrevating and impossible. You were all these things, so where is your fight?”

“You want us to fight?” He asks, incredulously, still retreating. I snarl like him.

“I want you as you!” I sneer, my glamour wavering before it slips completely past my grasp.
