I watch Peter chase after Mr Fluff with a smile so big it threatened to tear his face.

Mimicking the bunny’s hops with short jumps of his own, Peter laughs to himself and follows after his fluffy friend.

It’d been some time since Peter played so freely with his bunny or anyone for that matter, but in the last week, he’d gone out almost daily to play with him.

Sometimes they just laid together in the sun and Peter would eventually fall asleep with the bunny on his chest, others Shilao would come to visit and entertain all of Peter’s whims before he’d take his leave.

But the fact was, Peter was getting out.
